Accountant Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable (m / f / d)
(from a minimum of 30 hours, preferably full-time)
Your challenge
- Monthly and year-end closing
- Preparation of tax returns
- Preparation of wages and pay slips
- Accounts receivable processing including monitoring of accounts receivable, processing of the open item lists, telephone and written dunning and legal action
- Accounts payable including account assignment of incoming invoices, execution of payment runs, monitoring of the due dates of incoming invoices
You should bring this with you:
- Training as a tax clerk
- Experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable
- An independent, careful and reliable way of working
- Microsoft Office knowledge
- English, knowledge of dates
- velop D3 knowledge is an advantage
